  1.                    Make Shortcuts Instructions

  3.  One of the Shortcut destination options has to be selected first.
  4.  
  5.  1- Select Start Menu, Desktop, Programs, Startup or Other location.
  6.  2- Browse the file or directory to make shortcut to, path gets
  7.     transferred automatically to the path text box.
  8.  3- Give the Shortcut a name in the Shortcut name text box.
  9.  4- If you would like to make the shortcut in a subdirectory in the
  10.     Start Menu, Programs or Desktop, then click the Subdirectory
  11.     button, select subdirectory. It should transfer automatically to
  12.     the subdirectory text box.

  14.  Once the file path and name are selected, subdirectory assigned, click
  15.  the make Shortcut button.

  17.  If making shortcut to other location then merely select file path,
  18.  select where you would like to place the shortcut, give it a name
  19.  and click the Make shortcut button.

  22. Shortcut recognizes non English installed Win95/98/NT operating
  23. system and makes shortcut with no problems.
